Carroll’s Sausage was founded in 1988 by Thomas and Ann Carroll using an old family sausage recipe handed down from one generation to the next. The Carrolls owned and operated the store until 2001, when Hugh Hardy, Jr. purchased it from them, along with the TOP SECRET recipe for the world famous Carroll’s Sausage!
Carroll’s Sausage and Meats, in Ashburn, Sylvester, and Albany Georgia, all carry a wide variety of meats including Black Angus beef, fresh or smoked hams, bacon, pork chops, and the list goes on.
Everything is cut to order upon request whether you come in or call ahead. Our specialty is still sausage – mild, medium, or hot. Pan or link, fresh or smoked.
The newest addition is an amazing sausage with the classic flavor combination of cheese and maple syrup – out of this world good!
